I am a child of God

Today was church. I am the sunbeam's teacher in my church and the primary did their primary program today for sacrament meeting. All I could think about is how my missionary is doing the things which the lord told him to do. I just see those little children and it just hit me... I love all of those children. We are all children of God and specifically me, we don't need to carry all our burdens on our shoulders, Jesus Christ has given his time to listen to us; No matter how small or big of a problem we have come across. I am so grateful for that and for my calling in the true church and for my wonderful missionary. 

Finally almost finished

I have been working so hard on my math to get the course done by Halloween. I was so behind a couple of weeks ago. Now, I am almost finished. :) All I have to do now is take my final. Finally almost finished!!!! Heck to the yes!
Yesterday was my missionary's 100th day out doing the lords work. I am so proud of him and I am so grateful that he went to Alabama. Over there, people keep us all informed and take really good care of Brody. Thank you all who contribute to Brody's life. 

guitar, stories, and singing

Today I slept in. I haven't slept in since Brody left. I was very proud being able to sleep in. At three, I went to Pam's (my next store neighbor's house.) to see one of my favorite actors Kirby Heyborne. It turns out, he sings. ;) I bought two of his CD's today. He gave me a wicked deal. 2 cd's for 20 bucks and one for 15. I was so happy. ;)

The case of exams.

I woke up this morning really early to go to school even though all my professors canceled classes today. I needed to take a midterm for my education 1010 class; I needed to take a math quiz as well. It must have been a good day to take them because I got a 76% on my math quiz (I always have a hard time in math so a 76 is really good for me.) On my education 1010 midterm, I  got a 85% which is good because there were a lot of Indian and history questions on it. My professor is so weird about Indians' and their culture.
When I got back from school I did a girls hair day and it was really fun. I did Mckenna's hair in two high braids and crossed them to make a X on the back of her head. Then secured them with two pony tails. It looked really cute. I did the twist and flip on Addysen's hair. She loves that hair style because it doesn't hurt. I got a letter today afternoon! :) I can't believe how much Brody has matured and how much he loves the gospel.
I am going to eat some ice cream with my sister and my old young women leaders today at 7. That should be interesting. I love them and my sister, Sydnee and I are like best friends.

A good day

Today Brody has been out for 91 days. Only 641 days left or 3 more general conference's until Brody comes home. :) I have been struggling in math this semester in school and I finally got a 90% on one of my math tests. I was so excited. I also found out my grant finally came through. Happy day. I get a little money this week. :) I work at my missionary's mom's daycare and we have this child that should I say challenging, and he wasn't there today. Nice easy day and no school for the rest of the week. What a glorious week. Hopefully the rest of this month is as easy as this week will be. :) Happy Tuesday everybody. :)
